The Fool's Card – Freedom Has No Price
We are mature and know what is right for us. Therefore, we must not compromise our freedom because of conventions and environmental pressure. The laws of the universe command us to live not from memory but from imagination!

The Fool poses the question: Are we truly free? This is a message card that calls us to examine our lives and prioritize our freedom – the freedom to live according to our principles and beliefs. Until we do this, we will not be able to fulfill our goals and dreams.
In a Tarot reading, the card shows that we know what is right for us and we need to insist on our point of view and find a way to express it even when those around us do not fully understand us. We need to trust our gut feelings to lead us to the right place.
Often the card implies that we are about to give up our principles or plans because of surrender to conventions. We must free ourselves from the past that binds us with memories and live from the imagination that reflects the future potential, and let new beginnings come.
The spiritual lesson: There is no price for freedom! If we are not happy where we are, then any reward, material or otherwise, will not compare to the happiness we will find when we set out on our own.

Is there a group training
Coaching at Actarot encompasses a range of personalized strategies and techniques aimed at enhancing cognitive abilities, developing mental resilience, and fostering personal growth. Each coaching session is tailored to address individual cognitive needs and promote overall cognitive well-being.

At the moment I give only individual training. Regarding group training and creative training, maybe that's something I'll provide in the future
How can I start coaching sessions?

coaching sessions?
Starting cognitive coaching sessions at Act is simple. Get in touch with via phone or email to schedule an initial consultation. I'm dedicated to accommodating your schedule and providing timely support.
Sometime when you confused just keep going.
My session therapy or in other words, a journey into yourself. To me, it is like climbing a mountain, to try and get as close to the edge of the mountain as possible, it is recommended to do it with a guide/accompanist. The mountain is the same mountain but the climber is different. And for this I offer different routes. The choice is yours. Maybe you prefer to climb alone. The most important thing is that whichever way you choose to climb, make sure you have comfortable shoes for walking, and don't forget to enjoy the view that will spread out at your feet.
Some treatments are more like diving in the ocean. This is unfamiliar territory for me and I will have to refer you to another guide/expert.
